Count 4: Super Extreme DUI 0.20 or more

Result: Plea agreement in which Ms. M.M. pled to one Count of DUI impaired to the slightest degree with 2 days in jail, the minimum fine, substance abuse counseling, and 30 hours of community service. The counts of DUI 0.08 or more, Extreme DUI 0.15 and Super Extreme DUI 0.20 were dismissed.
