Result: Plea Agreement in which Mr. K.N. pled to one Count of DUI impaired to the slightest degree with 1 day in jail, (credit for time served because he was booked), the minimum fine, substance abuse counseling, and two years of probation. The counts of DUI 0.08 or more, Extreme DUI 0.15, Super Extreme DUI 0.20, and the hit and run case were dismissed.
