State v. M.H. - Class 3 Dangerous Felony Counts Reduced to Class 6 Undesignated Felonies

Maricopa County Superior Court

Count 1: Aggravated assault as a class 3 dangerous felony (DUI accident with injury)

County 2: Aggravated assault as a class 3 dangerous felony (DUI accident with injury)

BAC: Blood 0.154


Result: Plea agreement in which Ms. M.H. pled guilty to two counts of endangerment both as class 6 undesignated non-dangerous felonies. The agreement stipulated that Ms. M.H. receive supervised probation with 1 year in county jail with work furlough. Upon successful completion of probation, the undesignated offenses may be designated as misdemeanors.
