Count 3: Extreme DUI 0.15 or more

Count 4: Failure to Yield at Crosswalk

BAC: Intoxilyzer 0.151 / 0.144 ; Blood 0.152


Result: Plea agreement (on the day of jury trial) in which Mr. D.D. pled to one count of reckless driving with 1 day in jail, $500 fine, substance abuse counseling, and a MADD class. The counts of DUI impaired to the slightest degree, DUI 0.08 or more, Extreme DUI 0.15 and failure to yield at crosswalk were dismissed.
